Our celebration platter, built for four hungry guests: skewers of koobideh, tikka and joojeh straight off the charcoal, a mountain of Kabuli Palaw, hand-folded mantu, crisp bolani, saffron rice, fresh tandoor naan, salads and a pot of chai to finish. Everything is halal, everything is made in-house, and there is always more rice than you think.
